A resolute musical powerhouse of the Alternative Hard Rock Scene

Formed in Bristol 2012, Slow Down World have evolved their sound in many ways since their first demo of that year. Following on with three EPs, two singles and an album, engaging styles embracing Punk, Rock and then to Alternative Hard Rock, with '70s Progressive Rock and Symphonic influences. As well, showcasing a wide breadth and depth of musical talent and knowledge. They have gigged with international bands such as DeadButtons and PATiENTS from South Korea, as well as popular bands in the UK, such as, Ashestoangels, Western Approach, Red Wine Ride and many more.

This line-up was finalised in mid-2024, and they have been steadfastly working and gigging in Plymouth, Paignton, Torquay, Exmouth and around South Devon, whilst looking to book nationally and internationally for 2025 and beyond.

Slow Down World have released a video and single, The Day Of The Unconquered Sun from their upcoming EP, simply titled 'Slow Down World'. This is a re-imagining of their back catalogue for their finely honed new sound, as well as brand new material to showcase to a live hungry audience for the next album in the works.
